The penelty can- not be less than $5,00 and may be made $50.00 and, besides the fine, a term of imprisonment in the city or county jail from 10 to 90 days may be added if the Justice considers it necessary to adequate punishment. Due warning is therefore given that the law will be strictly and impartial- ly enforced, and parents who do not wish their children to get into trouble had better see that they are kept at home. F.
