           Neighborhood News - Ludington
           
           A disgraceful fight occurred on board the steamer
         Manistee, as she came into our harbor, about eleven
         o'clock last evening. The particulars, as near as
         we can gather them, are that a difficulty occurred
         between the Captain and the wheelsman, which result-
         ed in the latter receiving a severe pommeling. at
         the hands of the Captain and Second Mate. An attempt
         was made to throw the wheelsman overboard, which did
         not succeed.
