Mrs. ABBOT, of Reading, and JAMES ARMSTRONG, of Ludington, were united in the holy bonds of matrimony on Wednesday last, at Reading. WILLIAM WELCH, of Monroe county, to MISS MARY MURPHY, of Riverton, by the Rev. Rumberger of the Evangelical church, who with about thirty others of the happy couple's chosen friends helped to make the time a merry one. The groom and his lady took the 5:00 train for the southern part of the state, where they intend to live for the present. We wish them a long life and a happy one, but we don't want any more men teachers from Monroe.
