        NEIGHBORHOOD NEWS - Ludington
        
        A fire at Ludington, on Saturday, destroyed the planing mill
      and flouring mill of Sibbins & Co., E. B. Ward's warehouse,
      and Foster & Co.'s window curtain factory. The Record estimates
      the loss at about $35,000; no insurance. The fire is supposed
      to have originated from sparks from Ward's mill.
