              A sailor on one of the F. & P. M. boats was left here
            last Tuesday night and made his way towards the jail
            in an intoxicated condition. He was taken in by the
            deputy marshal and given a night's lodging. Yesterday
            he was sentenced to five days imprisonment for drunk-
            eness by Squire Sutherland.
