New Series No. 34 Thursday, January 10, 1884 On Monday last, two men named WILLIAM PUTNAM and DANIEL McCLANE of the crew on the Steam Barge Marshall F. Butters, robbed another of the crew of $48 and came up town to see life. BRADY, the man who lost the money, complained to CAPT. CARTER, who, after learning the facts, followed them and had them arrested in STEVE MURPHY'S saloon. They were brought before ESQ. SUTHERLAND the following day, and have been held over to the circuit court. ==========================================================================
