XIII. OLD SERIES, NO. 40 PROBATE ORDER - State of Michigan County of Mason.-ss. At a session of probate court for the county of Mason holden at the probate office in the city of Ludington, on Friday, the 21st day of May, in the year one thousand eight hundred and eight. Present, C. G. Wing, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estate of CHARLES WILLIAMS, deceased. On reading and filing the petition, duly verified, of MASON P. WINTERS, for the probate of a paper writing this day filed in Probate court for Mason county, purporting to be the last will and testa- ment of CHARLES WILLIAMS, deceased. It is ordered, that Saturday, the twelfth day of June, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, be assigned for the hearing of said petition, and that the heirs at law of said deceased, and all other persons interested in said estate, are required to appear at a session of said court, then to be hold- en at the probate office, in the city of Lud- ington, and show cause, if any there be, why the prayer of the petitioner should not be granted. And it is further ordered, that said petitioner give notice to the persons interested in said estate, of the pendency of said petition, and the hearing thereof by causing a copy of this order to be published in the Mason County RECORD a newspaper printed and circulated in said county of Mason 3 successive weeks previous to said day of hearing.
