The last Will and Testament of JOHN McGRATH

  I JOHN McGRATH, being of sound mind and full age I hereby declare this
my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills and testa-
ments.
  I hereby give, devise and bequeath to my beloved wife ELLEN McGRATH,
all my property both real and personal of whatsoever nature and appoint her
sole executrix of this my last will and testament without bonds.

           Dated this 26th day of April A.D. 1886
                           JOHN McGRATH

  We the undersigned witnessed do hereby certify that we have signed last
will and testament of JOHN McGRATH on the date above mentioned, as wit-
nesses at his request and in his presence and by his direction and we
further certify that at the time of the execution thereof, he (the
testator) was of sound mind.
