XIII. OLD SERIES, NO. 41 PROBATE ORDER - State of Michigan County of Mason.-ss. At a session of probate court for the county of Mason holden at the probate office in the city of Ludington, on Thursday, the 3d day of June, in the year one thousand eight hundred and eight. Present, C. G. Wing, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estate of SYLVESTER McCUMBER, deceased. On reading and filing the petition, duly verified, of AMANDA McCUMBER, praying for the probate of a paper writing purporting to be the will of said deceased. Thereupon it is ordered that Tuesday, the 6th day of July, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, be assigned for the hearing of said petition, and that the heirs at law of said deceased, and all other persons interested in said estate, are required to appear at a session of said court, then to be holden at the probate office, in the city of Ludington, and show cause if any there be, why the prayer of the petitioner should not be granted: And it is further ordered, that said petitioner give notice to the persons interested in said estate, of the pendency of said session, and the hearing thereof by causing a copy of this order to be published in the Mason County RECORD a newspaper printed and circulated in said county of Mason 3 successive weeks previous to said day of hearing.
