     Last Will and Testament of ALBERT LARSEN
     Merchant of Ludington, Michigan
     
     Know all men by these presents, that I, ALBERT LARSEN of the City
   of Ludington, Mason County, Michigan, do make and publish this my
   last will and testament, as follows:
     First;
       I Give, grant and bequeath to my beloved wife, ANGELICA M. H.
     LARSEN, all of my Estate - both real and personal that I may have
     at my death, or that may thereafter come to me as heir, to have
     and to hold the Same to my Said wife and to her heirs and assigns
     forever, Subject only to the payment of my debts and funeral ex-
     penses, which I hereby direct her to pay.
     
     Second;
       I hereby appoint my Said wife the Sole executrix of this my last
       will and I expressly desire that She Shall not be required to
       give bond, on account for her management of my Said Estate to
       the Probate or any other Court nor to any person.
       
     In witness whereof I have hereunto Set my hand and affixed my seal
   as of and my last will and testament, this 1st day of December, A.D.
   1885.
