To all whom it may concern Know ye, that I JOSEPH HUBBARD of the Township of Amber do make the following disposition of my worldly possessions. To my Son Lyman E. I give one hundred dollars to be paid by the executrix. To my daughter JESSIE E. DAVIDSON, I give five dollars. To my daughter SUSIE L., I give a home with the privilege of a liberal edu- cation. To MINERVA A., I give the privilege of a home and a liberal education and of a home. To my son JOSEPH G., I give the privilege and care of a home until he attains his majority; To my Son, Olney, I give a home and its fostering care until he reaches the age of twenty one years; to my baby pet ELISE (sic) I bequeath the fostering care of the family with the privilage of as high an education as She may deem desirable. To my wife SUSAN HUBBARD I give all my Real estate; consisting of the N.E. 1/4 of the S.W. 1/4 and the N.W. 1/4 of Section 14, Town 18 N. of R. 17 West, containing minus roads about eighty acres. Also all my personal property; moneys credits of whatever nature, and I hereby em- power the Said SUSAN HUBBARD, to adjust all claims and collect all dues.
