The Last Will and Testament of ELIAS HAZARD, deceased

      I, ELIAS HAZARD, Farmer of the Township of Amber in the County of
    Mason, and State of Michigan, do make and publish this my last Will and
    Testament, in the manner and form following that is to Say
      First, it is my will, and I do order, that all my just debts and
    funeral expenses be duly paid and Satisfied as Soon as conveniently can
    after my decease.
      Secondly, I give and bequeath unto my wife, LILLIAS HAZARD all of
    my real and personal Estate of which I may have at the time of my death
    after all debts are Satisfied to be used for her Support during her
    life, and the Support of My Minor children
      Thirdly, I give and bequeath to my Sons, JAY HAZARD and EPPY HAZARD
    all of the real and personal Estate that my not have been used as
    above, after the death of their mother LILLIAS HAZARD.
      First (a) Subject to the following bequests, I direct that they my
    Sons, JAY HAZARD and EPPY HAZARD, Shall pay from my Said Estate, the
    following Sums to wit:
      First (b) To my daughter AUGUSTA STILES the sum of one hundred
    dollars
      Second (c) To my Second daughter EVA BEATTIE the Sum of one hundred
    dollars.
      Third (d) To my eldest Son ROBERT HAZARD the Sum of fifty dollars.
      Fourthly, Lastly, I do hereby appoint and constitute my wife LILLIAS
    HAZARD and my son JAY HAZARD to be the executrix and executer of this
    my last will and testament, and ratifying and confirming this as my
    Said last will and testament.
      In witness wheeof I have hereunto Set my hand this twenty fourth day
    of October, A.D. 1881.

      Signed, Published and declared by the above named ELIAS HAZARD as and
    for his lat Will and testament in presence of us, who at his request
    have Signed as witnesses to the Same.

    I hereby appoint WILLIAM B. STILES, the Executor of this my last will
    and testament.
