     Last Will and Testament
     In the Name of God, Amen
     
     I, HENRY S. AUSTIN of the Township of Freesoil, County of Mason
   and State of Michigan, being of Sound Mind and Memory do hereby
   make, publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament,
   hereby revoking and making void all former wills by me at any
   time heretofore made.
     First, I order and direct my executors as soon after my decease
   as practicable, to pay off and discharge all the debts, dues and
   liabilities that may exist against me at the time of my decease.
     Second, I hereby, give and bequeath unto my wife, AVIS CORNELIA
   AUSTIN, one half of all my property that Shall remain after the
   payment of my Said debts, Said property consisting of one farm
   of Sixty-five acres of land, Situate and being in the Said town-
   ship and county aforesaid, together with all the Stock farming
   implements, etc., thereunto belonging. Also personal property
   consisting of household goods, a Stock of hardware and tin goods
   in my store in the village of Freesoil in Said county and a set
   of Tinners tools.
     Third I, give and bequeath unto my son WILLIAM H. AUSTIN the
   other half of the above mentioned property, the same to come
   into his possession, upon his arriving at the age of twenty-one
   years.
     Fourth, I hereby nominate and appoint J. EDWIN SMITH as my
   Executor.
     In witness whereof; I have hereunto Subscribed my name this
   14th day of December in the year of our Lord One thousand
   Eight hundred and Eighty Six.

     The above and foregoing instrument was at the date thereof
   Signed, Sealed, published and declared, by the Said HENRY S.
   AUSTIN, as and for his last Will and Testament, in presence
   of us, who at his request and in his presence and in the pre-
   sence of each other have Subscribed our names as witnesses.
