      L. W. ROUSSIN, a proprietor of the James Street meat market,
   Ludington, is a native of Canada, and son of JOSEPH ROUSSIN, boot and
   shoe dealer on James Street.  He came to Ludington with his parents
   in 1869, and for some time worked in a meat market.  In 1880 he started
   in business for himself, and now has the finest market in the city.
