      FRANK S. KNOWLES, dentist, came to Ludington from Oakland County,
   Mich., in May, 1880.  For a time before coming here he was in business
   at Orion, Mich.  Dr. KNOWLES is a young man of acknowledged skill in
   his profession, and has succeeded in establishing himself in a large
   and lucrative practice.  In December, 1881, he was joined by his
   brother, and the firm is now F. S. & O. F. KNOWLES.
