R. Page & Co., Chicago - 1882 -68- N. P. CHRISTENSEN, of the firm of HANSEN & CHRISTENSEN, is a native of Denmark, and came to this country in 1868. In 1880 he came to Ludington, and soon after the firm of HANSEN & CHRISTENSEN was est- ablished. They started a grocery store in the Fourth Ward and succeeded so well that in the Spring of 1882 they opened a dry goods store a few doors south of their grocery store. Mr. HANSEN attends to the grocery and Mr. CHRISTENSEN to the dry goods.
