The Hart was bound from Green Bay to this port and was about 15 miles north of Long Tail point when VALLIERS in some way lost his bal- ance and fell over the rail. That was the last seen of him. He was a heavy drinker and it is supposed this was the cause of the accident. The drowned man was single, about 26 years of age and made his home at St. Ignace, Mich. His father is master of a tug at Cheyboygan, Mich. ===============================================================================
