ELI BOURCHARD, father of CAPT. E. A. BOURCHARD, of the steamer Mary, died at Staten Island, N.Y., on the 25th ult., aged 87 years. Previous to his death he was the oldest lake captain living. He was pilot in the U.S. revenue service for a number of years.
