George Jergenson TONNAGE: 200 gt DIMENSIONS: 118 x 26 x 8.58 CASUALTIES: 0 SURVIVORS: 6 The schooner VEGA went ashore south of the Ludington piers while attempting to make port in a storm so severe that breakers were came nearly a block up the beach and waves dashed completely over the lighthouse and piers.
