Driven on the rocks between Sand and Parisian Islands, Lake Superior, but was released by the wrecking tug FAVORITE. Three men were lost in attempt to make shore in a yawl. Badly damaged, but still afloat, she was taken to Toledo for repairs. Her cargo of grain was a total loss.
