Wm. Johnson MASTER: same TONNAGE: 68 t. LENGTH: 78 ft. BEAM: 20 ft. DEPTH: 6 ft. CASUALTIES: 0 SURVIVORS: ? 1857 - owned by Mr. Green, a diver, of Buffalo. Struck the West Pier at Buffalo and knocked a hole in her bottom. 1864 - owned by Wm. Larson at Chicago. Given a "C" rating and valued at $1,500. May 1869 - Thrown upon her beam ends while attempting to reach Chicago harbor under canvas. Righted again and got inside with three feet of water in her hold.
