Herbert W. LaRush TONNAGE: 46 gt DIMENSIONS: 66.7 x 16.3 x 7.2 CASUALTIES: 5 or 6 (all) Went missing while enroute from Port Dalhousie to Sorel, Quebec. There was speculation that she was in "a leaky condition" when she left port and, inf fact she had not been officially inspected for two years. The BARNES left Port Dalhousie on Monday night and there were heavy gales on the lake Tuesday. Her wrecked pilot house was found off shore near Oswego. The body of Capt. LaRush was recovered near Picton. Built on the bottom of the J. C.
