Josiah Bailey TONNAGE: 1310 gt, 1265 nt DIMENSIONS: 292 x 36 x 22 CASUALTIES: none Sunk by collision with her steamer, the MAUNALOA, in a Lake Superior gale, Her towline parted during the storm. While trying to pick up the barge, the steamer crashed into her, the steamer's port anchor going through the side of the whaleback.
