Robert Pringle TONNAGE: 1,829.32 gt, 1,539.20 nt DIMENSIONS: 282 x 39 x 21.2 CASUALTIES: 0 Was bound from Cleveland to Milwaukee with 2,200 tons of soft coal when fire, which seemed to come from under the boilers in the firehold, was discovered which quickly spread to the coal bunkers then moved on to the cargo of soft coal. She was run into Whitefish Bay where, upon touching bottom, a hole was put in her hull, courtesy of the bow of the tug Leathem,to allow water in.
