              A new Harrisville is rising from the ruins of the fire
            swept business section which was burned over last December.
            The Alcona County Savings Bank opened for business in its
            new building on Saturday, Nov. 1st, and Ferguson brothers
            are already established in their new building on the site
            of the former La Boeff livery on Main street. The building
            is 50x60 feet and is divided into two stores. Other busi-
            ness concerns of the place are making arrangements for new
