        H. F. COLWELL, postmaster at Harrisville, is a native of Addison,
        N.Y., and a brother of B. S. and G. L. COLWELL. He came to Harris-
        ville in the Spring of 1880, and succeeded L. H. HIGGINS as post-
        master in June of the same year. He also has charge of the tele-
        graph and express offices. He was married October 16, 1867, at
        Scottsville, N.Y., to ROSALIE E. HOOPER.  While on a visit to her
        home, during the past Winter, she was taken ill, and died February
        9, 1883.
