PARSONS, 48, is dead at Florence of acute indigestion. He was born in Thompson- ville, and was educated in the public schools of Northampton and Eastman's business college at Poughkeepsie, N.Y. MR. PARSONS engaged in various enterprises, including a men's furnish- ing business and the wood and coal business. He was also interested in real estate. MR. PARSONS was for many years assistent chief of the Northampton fire department at Florence. He is survived by his widow, three daughters, DOROTHY, CHARLOTTE and PRISCILLA, his mother, MRS. H. K. PARSONS, and four brothers, H. L. PARSONS of Florence, HARRY of Hoosic Falls, N.Y., BENJAMIN of Hartford and ROBERT of New York. ================================================================================
