 CECIL CLARENCE TOLBERT
 Sept. 14, 1919 - June 5, 2012

   Funeral services were conducted Friday at Millersburg General Baptist
   Church for CECIL CLARENCE TOLBERT, 92, Millersburg, who died Tuesday.

   Born Sept. 14, 1919, he was the son of LAWRENCE E. and RHODA HAM
   TOLBERT. He married HAZEL CASE, and she preceded him in death. He
   married SUDIE McBRIDE, and she survives.

   He retired from Orange County REMC. He was a veteran of WWII and a
   member of Millersburg General Baptist Church.

   Survivors include his wife, SUDIE McBRIDE TOLBERT of Millersburg; three
   sons, PHILLIP TOLBERT of Orleans, LAWRENCE WILLIAM TOLBERT of Washington
   Court House, OH, and TIMOTHY TOLBERT of Taswell; one stepson, DARRELL
   Wilson of Millersburg; one sister, WANDA BURTON of Orleans; six grand-
   children; five great-grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; eight
   step-great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

   He was preceded in death by his parents, LAWRENCE E. and RHODA HAM
   TOLBERT; his first wife, HAZEL CASE TOLBERT; one son, LARRY REX TOLBERT;
   three brothers, KENNETH TOLBERT, MERLE TOLBERT and LAWRENCE TOLBERT JR.;
   two grandsons; one granddaughter; and one step-grandson.

   Officiating the service were OTTIS CROWDER, PATRICK TOLBERT and TYLER
   TOLBERT. Burial was at Bethel Cemetery in Orleans, with military rites
   by American Legion Warren Brock Post 69. Ochs-Tetrick Funeral Home in
   Orleans was in charge of arrangements.
