"JACK" ROBBINS May 5, 1922 - Nov. 21, 2012 Funeral services were conducted Nov. 25 at McAdams Mortuary in Paoli for WILLARD V. “JACK” ROBBINS, 90, Paoli, who died Nov. 21 at Paoli Health & Living Community. Born May 5, 1922, in French Lick, he was the son of WILLIAM and Stella BLANCHE CAMPBELL ROBBINS. He married ALICE HARBIN on Nov. 21, 1966, and she preceded him in death on March 25, 2000. He was the first dispatcher for the Orange County Sheriff’s Department. He was of the Protestant faith and was an Army veteran of World War II. Survivors include two daughters, ALICE WALLS and JANICE VAUGHN, both of Paoli; one brother, ROBERT E. ROBBINS of Orleans; the woman who was like a daughter to him, ROSIE VOYLES of French Lick; five grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, ALICE HARBIN ROBBINS; four brothers, PAUL, WOODIE, ARCHIE and CARL ROBBINS; one sister, ANNA LOIS KELLAMS; and one great-grandson. Officiating the service were Brother Harvey McAdams and Brother Dave Minnich.
