Born May 21, 1907, in French Lick, she was the daughter of SAMUEL PENNINGTON and HARRIET MAJORS RYAN. She married HIRAM E. LASHBROOK, and he preceded her in death. She was a retired bookkeeper for Ideal Engineering and, later, from Indianapolis Paper Container. Survivors include one daughter, TRUDY M. MASSEY. She was preceded in death by her parents, SAMUEL PENNINGTON and HARRIET MAJORS RYAN; husband, HIRAM E. LASHBROOK; three brothers, WINSTON, WILLIAM and SAMUEL RYAN; and four sisters, MARY CHAMBERS, HARRIET PLZAK, JANE GRUBER and ROSE BALLARD. Burial was at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
