Obituary:         Abraham Baxter Lewis

Abraham L. Baxter, 85 years of age, died January 2, at Terre Haute, Ind.
Death was caused by influenza and pneumonia.

The body was shipped here Thursday night and funeral services were held
Friday morning at the First Christian Church here. Burial was in Ames
Chapel cemetery.

Mr. Baxter was a former resident of this city, and is survived by several
relatives in this community.
