He was a resident of Fortville. Survivors include three daughters, Sherry Lane Grey of Indianapolis, Sheila Capua of Fortville and Jessica Lane of Beech Grove; two sisters, Frances Austin and Betty Walcott, both of Indianapolis; two brothers, Dan Lane of Greenwood and Leslie Lane of Beech Grove; and five grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur and Elizabeth (King) Lane; and two brothers, Joshua Oder and Chester Lane.
