JAMES ROLSON, retired steam- boat skipper, died yesterday at his home, 1416 North Kedzie avenue, of heart disease. He was 73 years old. Born in Norway, CAPT. ROLSON came to the United States forty-five years ago to sail the great lakes. For a long time he commanded the tug Car- ter H. Harrison and had a contract with the city to transport supplies to the water cribs. Later he owned the tug Kenosha, which he sold to the city last year when he failed to get a renewal of the contract. CAPT. ROLSON is survived by his wife. Funeral services will be held from the residence at 10 a.m. today. ===========================================================================
