Beazley, Julia C. Beazley and Emma Jane Beazley all my household and kitchen furniture of every kind and description, also my milk cow and calf, to be divided equally among them share and share alike - This property I give to them in consideration of their kind and untiring attentions to me deriving my present sickness – Item 3d All the ballance of my property of every kind and description both real and personal, I will and bequeath to my six children, to wit, John S. Beazley, Frances C. Overton, Frederick A. Beazley, Arthur G. Beasley, Julia C. Beazley and Emma Jane Beazley, to be divided equally among them share and share alike – Item 4th I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my son Arthur G. Beazley Executor to this my last will and testament, and I hereby authorize and empower him to sell either at private or public sale, without an order of Court, as he may think best, any or all of my property in order to make a settlement and distribution of my estate. In testimony whereof I have hereto set my hand this July 17th 1868. Mitchell Wiley Rhodes Georgia Taliaferro County Court of Ordinary of said County December Term 1868 In the matter of the probate of the will of Catharine Beazley late of said County deceased, all the parties set forth and named in the citation previously granted by the Court at the last term, as the heirs at law of said Catharine Beazley deceased having had legal notice thereof as appears to the Court; and all the witnesses to said will, to wit, George F. Bristow, George W. Mitchell and Wiley Rhodes having certified that said Catharine Beazley the testator was of sound and disposing mind and memory at the execution of the will and that they signed the same as witnesses thereto at her instance in her presence, and in the presence of each other – It is therefore ordered, that said will be adjudged to be proven in solemn form of Law, upon the testimony above stated, and that the will be admitted to probate and recorded, as duly proven and established in solemn form and that the Executor therein named have leave to qualify as such, and Letters Testamentary [issue?] to him of even date herewith. Hammack Ordinary Letters Testamentary Georgia Taliaferro County By the Ordinary of said Court To all to whom these presents shall come greeting – Know ye that on the Seventh day of December 1868 the last will and testament of Catharine Beazley of said County, deceased, was exhibited in open Court, and in solemn form of Law, proved and admitted to record, a copy of which is hereunto annexed; and Administration of all and singular the goods, chattels, credits, lands and tenements of said deceased, was granted to Arthur G. Beazley, the Executor in and by said will named and appointed, he having first taken the oath and performed all the requisites required by Law he is by order of said Court and by virtue of these presents, legally authorized to administer the goods, chattels, credits, lands and tenements of said deceased, according to the tenor and effect of said will and testament, and according to Law, and is hereby required to render a true and perfect inventory of all and singular the goods, chattels, credits, and returned to this Court according to Law, and to render a true and correct [account] to the Ordinary of said County, of his actings and doings yearly, until his Administration is fully completed – In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the Seal of my office this the Seventh day of December 1868.
