"Mrs. Sallie Taylor Is Taken By Death Mrs. Sallie Taylor, 77 years of age, beloved resident of Crawfordville and Washington, Ga., passed away Sunday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Roy Lunsford, after an illness of one week. Mrs. Taylor was widely known and beloved in this section. She was a member of the Easteren Star and active in the work of the Presbyterian church. Funeral services were conducted Monday afternoon at 3 o'clock at the Crawfordville Presbyterian church, the Rev. A.G. McInnis and the Rev. John P. Young, of Greensboro, officiating. Interment was in the City cemetery. Mrs. Taylor is survived by four sons, R.G. Taylor, and R.L. Taylor, of Crawfordville, J.A. Taylor, of Greensboro, and W.O. Taylor, of Opelika, Ala.; three daughters, Mrs. Roy Lunsford and Mrs. J.C. Rhodes, of Crawfordville, Mrs. J.R. Rider, Washington; two sisters, Mrs. J.W. Golucke, and Mrs. J.C. Cook, of Atlanta; two brothers, F.F. Darricott and P.B. Darricott of Atlanta; 20 grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.
